Bayley Simpson-Team Canada Track Worlds

My name is Bayley Simpson and I am a 16 year old aspiring cyclist from Lindsay, Ontario.  I recently accomplished my season's goal of being selected to represent CANADA at the UCI Juniors Track Cycling WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS in Seoul, South Korea from August 8-12, 2014.  It has been a year filled with hard work, commitment and sacrifice to achieve this goal, and it could not have been done without the support of my entire family and coaches.

During the past off-season, I spent countless hours in London, training on the track at the Forest City Velodrome.  This winter and spring has been filled with amazing experiences, as I was selected to attend numerous training camps in Southern California, South Carolina, Los Angeles and Vermont, through the Ontario Cycling Association and Cycling Canada.

I am extremely proud to represent my country on the World Stage and am seeking your assistance to help fund my involvement on the National Team.  All my training, equipment, race fees, travel, accommodation and meal expenses, to this point, have been 100%  SELF FUNDED.  Your support will help offset these costs, and assist with upcoming expenses relating to International Competition, including: training, travel and upgrading cycling equipment in order to compete at this level.
