Help Alana to stay with her mom!!!

Hi, my name is Lindsey Sanchez, I am Alana's mom and I am humbly asking for any donation you could find in your heart to spare to help me pay my legal fees in my ongoing child custody case and help fight to protect my daughter Alana and enforce custody by keeping me full custodial residential parent .

A quick little back ground I am 27, my daughter Alana is 9 years old . Our pretrial hearing was just recently held via zoom on 03/30/2023 and our next hearing is 04/13/2023 where we will both be given 30 minutes each to plead our case and a placement and custody decision made by the Judge will be made on 04/13/2023.

Her father in 2014 was charged by the state of Ohio with Domestic Violence from brining me almost inches from my life, with our daughter only around 20 feet from the incident , months after he serves me trying to take full custody and later him being denied by the courts and given supervised visits to start with. He has asked me numerous times to drop child support and numerous times for me to write a statement to drop his Domestic Violence charge . I have recently moved after my now husband and I took a job offer trying to make a better quality of life for our kids , only to find out that I am being served with him trying to take full custody of our daughter again . I have given him our new address , and Childs school and explained that I will cover all costs to bring her in the summer to visit and see her father during spring break as well and he continues not wanting to come to any mutual agreement on anything and is trying to take my daughter from me .

Despite the current legal court order of me having full custody , and him having visitation rights , my daughter and I have a possibility of her being stripped and taken from me all that she knows and who she has been with her since being born. She has a four year old baby brother who would be completely lost and confused without his big sister Alana as well.

This has been an ongoing issue for my daughter's entire life since her father and I stopped seeing each other. (We where never married) I have been fighting in court to protect my parental rights as her mother and ensure that my daughter has the right to a loving relationship with both of her parents since she was an infant. I will never be the one to take her father from her . I will always try on my end to make sure I did my best to help her have a relationship with her father .

Over the last year, I have exhausted myself not only financially but emotionally as well. I will not give up my fight for my little girl and continue to be a loving and nurturing mother to my daughter Alana, but I cannot endure the financial burden to begin the legal process due to certain attorneys already being previously committed as far as ones that I could afford.

I hate even asking for help in this way but I am putting my own pride aside and asking on behalf of Alana . I am so appreciative of the support and kind words I have received from so many people surrounding us. You have no idea how much it has helped to encourage me to remain strong for my daughter , truly. I genuinely thank you for your support and greatly appreciate anything you may be able to contribute to this cause.

Any and all donations will be greatly accepted. Please understand I am not asking for a handout, I am simply just in need of help. I have kids myself to raise and bills to keep up with all while adding this expense. I work 7:45am -5pm Monday through Thursday and till 3pm on Fridays so any I can do myself I'm going to.
