Hello Everyone,

As one of the coaches at the Battyeford JFC, myself and my son George have decided to climb Mount Snowdon in order to raise fund to repair the flooded club house and also in order to get more equipment for our U9s side.

The club house was flooded over the Christmas period and we just want to do our bit.

We will head to Snowdonia on Wednesday evening and climb the mountain Thursday in the day. It’s an 18 miles round trip, but I am pushed on by George who assures me he can make it, although perhaps he just wants the day off school.!!!

Anyways we will give it our all, up the Ford!
