Battling with Barrett... Jack Barrett

Hi, my name is Beverly, and Jack Barrett is my brother. Jack lives in England with his beautiful family. Over a year ago (and months of physician appointments), he was diagnosed with MDS Raeb, Intermediate Level. To summarize, MDS is a type of blood cancer that is hard to diagnose, and the chance for survival is only through a stem cell transplant. Fortunately, Jack recently received this transplant, but he has a long road ahead. And, I am sure he will conquer the upcoming days like a champ. But for now, he is currently in isolation at the hospital, due to his weakened immune system. He has not been able to return to work since early 2021 - when he became ill.

I am launching this fundraiser, hoping those who want to help will take this avenue and contribute to my brother and his family. The last thing I want them worried about is the loss of income and day-to-day costs. These funds will go towards their expenses and any bills that have suffered from him not be able to work. The distance between us is so far, but I pray this will lift some of the stress, and he can focus on healing and recovery. Any amount is appreciated and will not be taken for granted.
