I have Never been one to ask for a Handout, but right now I could use a Hand Up! I've been debating asking for help because of pride. I have reached the point where pride is the least important thing in my life. I am a wife and mother to 3 beautiful daughters. I've been battling Stage 4 Lung Cancer for over a year now. Recently, my oncologist decided to put me on hospice care. The problem with that is that due to me complaining about horrible living conditions in the house we were renting, our landlord filed for eviction in July. Since then, we have been homeless, living in a camper. I'm not sure how hospice can help me while not having a home to live in. I know times are hard for everyone these days, and that's why I've hesitated asking for financial help. But if you find yourself inclined to help us get a home for my family to live in while I am trying not to die, that would be appreciated. Every dollar helps, even if all you can send is a kind word and a prayer, I would greatly appreciate it.
