Over the protest of Trentonians and development experts, Governor Christie's NJEDA is pushing ahead with a terrible plan for State office buildings that will damage our downtown for decades. Stakeholders-ACT is a group of Trenton residents and business owners, and we are filing suit to force the EDA to consider better alternatives for our capital city.
Your donation tells the State they can't walk over us. We need your support for legal fees and associated costs. And it's URGENT. Once the EDA issues the bonds, there's no mechanism to make them change the project.
It's a tough battle - but Trenton's won tougher before.
