BATCH GUEYE is a West-African Griot, a storyteller through his music and dance. His mother, grandmother, and those before them had been singers. Singing prayers as a BayeFall Mouride Muslim is where Batch found his voice. Batch sings his songs in the Senegalese language Wolof. The passion Batch has can be heard in his soulful voice and understood by all. Batch's energy as a dancer is as vibrant and colourful as the patchwork clothes of his BayeFall people. Batch's sincerity as a singer is equal to the energy he brings as a dancer, a man of many talents - You can trust that Batch will never fail to amaze!

Batch Gueye has released 3 albums since late 2019: (Moytou, In this New Land, Do you hear me ? ) and it has been tough to sell and promote his music while keeping up with Covid-related restrictions.
Batch’s fans say that it is “rare to find someone who has such an exceptional talent in so many domains: music, song-writing, drumming, dance, story-telling and who at the same time lives true to his values. Batch is humble, kind and treats everyone as family.”
Batch is changing lives through his music. His songs have important messages for the community: know who you are, understand and respect others, share your knowledge, be generous, trust and have faith in life.
With the resurgence of the Black Lives Matter movement in 2020, Batch’s messages have been particularly important for Black British youth, and Batch has empowered them to engage more deeply with their culture and African roots. It is now the time for Batch to promote himself and his music so that his messages are heard.
Our strategy is to increase social media presence to attract sponsors and boost sales of the online albums. It will also be used to promote Batch Gueye's new music video (to be broadcasted worldwide on a diversity of channels) and the 3 latest albums.

- ... and more.
The funds will also be used to finance the translations of 63 songs into English (subtitles to music videos).
Our investments since the beginning of COVID-19 crisis are:
- 1 music video production (3250GBP)
- 3 albums recording (6000GBP)
