Hi. I'm Ysabel Rimando. This year, my team and I, representing our Australian basketball club, will be showcasing our skills against other female 'ballers from Philippines and other countries. The event- National Basketball Training Centre (NBTC) Manila Live Tournament, runs from 31st of March to 6th of April.

I have been playing the sports competitively since I was 10 years old, representing one of the bigger basketball associations in the state of New South Wales. Being invited to don a jersey that shows the name of the country I was born in- Australia, and play at a place of my family's grassroots- the Philippines, is a great honor. So, in a couple of months, following numerous games and training here in the southern hemisphere, my team's trek will take us to the basketball-crazed nation in Asia.

As this journey takes me overseas, financial requirements are considered eg. tournament fee, travel and accommodation expenses. In this regard, I would sincerely appreciate your generosity in contributing towards my journey.
