Maggie Oleson's Vet Bill

Maggie is my sister's dog. Maggie was a victim of animal cruelty. She was scalped, We believe, her ears, neck skin and fur were cut off with a knife. This tissue was never found. She has daily Vet visits to get bandage changes. She is looking at a future ear surgery as well. Any help is greatly appreciated.
