Bartek’s Heart Failure-medical exp.

As a fellow member of the Polish community, Bartek Lezon, is a father to a 4 year old son, brother, husband, and friend to many of us. He has always been there through our ups and downs and never hesitates to help anyone. He fills our lives with laughter and joy.

He is the sole income for his family and has been out of work for several weeks now due to his current health status.

Recently he has been diagnosed with a heart failure. His symptoms have been getting serious and he qualifies to register for a heart transplant. It has not come down to that yet, but Bartek being a father and husband needs your support during the tough time he is enduring. All donations will go towards paying his medical expenses. As you can imagine the American health care system is not cheap especially when treating such a serious condition.
