Barron Family Fire Relief

A little over a week ago, our brother Lalo and his family lost their house to an electrical fire. Lalo and Teresa and their 4 kids are working with their family, our Club, the insurance company and the Red Cross to make sure their immediate needs are met.  As predicted, the insurance company is taking longer than expected but the time has come to focus on the future and the process of rebuilding. This is where we need your help.  The first step in the process will be clearing the burnt shell and hauling the debris preparing the land for the new home. This may take special abatement or require material handling capabilities best left to professionals. The goal is to raise the estimated $5000 to cover this first step, leaving the eventual insurance payout for new home building. If you have experience in this sort of work and have the ability to donate an "in-kind" service or material that could help, please contact me so we can coordinate efforts.
