BARRIEFEST RETURNS ! SO DOES FITZGERALD'S!

Every September, Southeast Oak Park Community Organization (SEOPCO) holds BarrieFest to bring families together and to highlight businesses in and around SEOP. With good food, wonderful neighbors, and excellent musicians, we welcome the new school year and usher in fall.
On Saturday, September 11th, BarrieFest returns to Barrie Park -- Better than ever!
Join us anytime from noon to 5:00 for great music, food, business fair and activities for kids of all ages.
This year's BarrieFest will be enhanced with two new additions:
As in 2020, our neighbors to the south- the incomparable FitzGerald's- will be there with their rolling "Truck Concerts!" SEOPCO and FitzGerald's have partnered to bring this mobile sonic spectacle to as many southeast Oak Park blocks as possible on the afternoon of Saturday, September 11th. The truck concerts will start with short concerts around the neighborhood, and end with sets at Barrie Park.
Also new this year: We will be partnering with Takeout 25, Beyond Hunger and Clean Up Give Back to provide food from 10 local OP establishments at BarrieFest 2021! You will be able to purchase advance tickets for the food from Takeout 25.
With approximately $3,500 already committed from local businesses and SEOPCO supporters and board members, we only need to raise $1,000 more to make this event a success!
We know this is a difficult time for many, but if you have the means, please consider contributing what you can to help make this BarrieFest return a reality. No donation is too small and you better believe that no donation is too large ;) Let's show Oak Park who knows how to throw a party!
