Barnton Silver Band - 130 years of brass

Barnton Silver Band has been a feature
of the Cheshire brass band community
since 1891.   

The pandemic has had a huge impact on brass banding in general - we’ve not been allowed to rehearse for most of the last
12 months, we’ve missed the music, our
social connections and playing to an
appreciative audience.  or any audience
at all! We’ve had no income this year and we won’t be able to hold concerts
indoors for many months yet.

This is our fundraiser.  It’s set at £1300 to
recognise 130 years of history and to
help us restart and build a future for our players, young & old.  

We would love to keep
the public entertained for many years to
come!
