Barn Boards and More #Build Back

On October 4th,  Barn Boards and More experienced a major loss following a fire at their wood shop in Mt. Vernon. Our good friends, Brett and Amy Trefethen, lost their work space, tools, finished products, and more - years worth of necessary equipment gone in three hours by a devastating fire.  Brett and Amy built this business over 10 yrs with the mission of recovering the wood from fallen down barns and building beautiful furniture with the wood. Amy inherited a bunch of tools from her dad which unfortunately perished in the fire. This page has been created in response to the outpouring of support received from our amazing community.  Our goal of $5000 has been set in an attempt rebuild or purchase items not covered by insurance.
