Here at Barlows Services, the team have set themselves a fitness target that will not only take dedication, hard work and commitment, but will push us to the absolute limit!
We are going to embark on this task together, with the same commitment to succeed that we delivery to our customers day in day out.
The GOAL
We have set ourselves 2 team-based targets:
Walk, run or even crawl around the world - 40,075km
1,000,000 press-ups
We started our mission on January 1st, 2021 and will end on 31st December 2021. Just in time for a well-deserved New Year’s Eve drink!
The team will capture their progress daily and update the business weekly. We will keep you all updated with our progress. Why not up the ante and put a special request to us for extra donations!
Want to see someone do push ups in the surf? Or maybe run 2km in a dress? I'm sure we can accommodate. But it will cost you!
Many charities are struggling to continue their good work and need our support more than ever.
We have chosen 2 charities to support this year:
Chestnut Tree House Children's Hospice
A Sussex based charity that do a fantastic job supporting over 300 children and their families who have life limiting conditions.
Cancer Research
Sadly most of us have a connection to this terrible illness, whether that be ourselves , family or friends. Cancer Research needs our help more than ever to keep developing treatments and one day a cure.
We know that these times are some of the toughest that many of us have faced in our lifetime. We are all in a very difficult situation with Covid 19, restrictions on seeing friends and families and in many cases job losses.
Anything you can give to support us in our venture will be greatly appreciated
