<div>My original introductory posting and story appears to be below this update.
</div>
<div>#Well I'm pleased to say that I successfully climbed Mount Snowden, barefoot, in wales last June 7th 2022.
</div>
<div>It was challenging to say the least, and was the inspiration behind going on to take on further barefoot challenges thereafter, for my 'Barefoot for Battersea' campaign.
</div>
<div>My other barefoot challenges have included...….
</div>
<div>#Kinder Scout in the Peak District on 8th September 2022
</div>
<div>#Mam Tor in Derbyshire on 15th June 2022.
</div>
<div>#Humber Bridge on 1st May 2023
</div>
<div>#Sections of the Pennine way on various occasions
</div>
<div>#Sectiones of the Viking way on various occasions
</div>
<div>#Sections of the Cumbrian Coastal Path on various occasions
</div>
<div># Ascent of Bleak low Hill in the Peal District- To visit the B29 "overexposed" crash site on 21st August 2023
</div>
<div>My plans are to continue raising funds for Battersea during 2024 and hopefully achieve, amongst others...…
</div>
<div>#Ben Nevis
</div>
<div># A Return to Snowdon
</div>
<div>#Moel Famau in North Wales
</div>
<div>#Aran Fawddwy and Aran Benllyn both in southern Snowdonia
</div>
<div>Although my original target was to raise £1000 for Battersea I want to continue beyond this and raise as much as possible.
</div>
<div>I would like to take the opportunity to thankyou all who have showed unfailing kindness and donated so far to make this possible. A thankyou to Battersea for their behind the scenes support. And a special thankyou to my daughter Shannon and her dog Hopper, and of course our late dog Riley, who, together kept me going throughout my continuing campaign.

<div>Hi my name is Andrew White.
</div>
<div>Sadly, our beautiful family dog Riley passed away last year aged 13.
</div>
<div>We miss him so much.
</div>
<div>Please join me in helping to raise funds for Battersea Dogs and Cats, for those animals who may never have a loving home and family like Riley did.
</div>
<div>I'm hoping to climb Mount Snowdon, in Wales, this summer, BAREFOOT.
</div>
<div>As I am recently retired I am currently spending a lot of my spare time training barefoot around my local area in Market Rasen, to be able to make this happen.
</div>
<div>Thank you very much for any kind donation you may wish to give no matter how small.
