<div>Hi I’m Lindsey, I’m based near Stirling and I’ve been trying to help families in Gaza, whilst they battle to keep their families from dying of starvation, disease and hunger. It’s been an incredibly rewarding to be able to help families directly, especially given the lack of international aid allowed to enter Gaza. I support primarily two families; Saif Al Din Ghreiz, his lovely, incredible wife Duaa and their 3 precious children (Moaz, Rozan and Mira). The second family I help is Dr Huda, her dreadfully handsome husband and their beautiful baby boy, Othman. I met these people by following lots of Palestinian journalists and commenting on posts. They reached out to me asking for help and I simply responded. We got to know eachother over video calls and now I keep in touch with them daily. I’ve become very fond of them all, deeply moved by the pain and suffering they continue to endure.

<div>There is nothing more satisfying than being able to help these people directly and know for sure that you’re making a huge difference. But I can’t do it alone. I need your help

<div>I’ll be hiking Ben A’an barefoot on the <strong>21st of March at 9am</strong>, hoping to raise enough money to keep these families alive through the winter. I’ll be joined by my amazing friends Liv and Katie, Cat and anyone else who wants to come along. ALL WELCOME ❤️

<div>**worry not - we will not need assistance from mountain rescue. We’ll take first aid and emergency foot care gear - being responsible on the hills is something we’re all respectful of.
