Barcelona - 15th June 2024

We are fundraising to take 19 cheerleaders to Barcelona to fulfil this teams’ dreams of competing on an international stage.

Apex Cheer and Dance started in 2017 and since then has gone from strength to strength and now how over 150 cheerleading from recreational to level 3 cheerleading teams.

The Level 2 junior team, Rebel was formed in 2021 and the team went out for the first time in December 2021 at UKCA, the team has grown and developed over time and in March 2023 they went to UKCA National cheerleading competition and were crown level 2 national winners!

On the back of this they got a BID to represent the UK in Italy, this was the first BID Apex have received, unfortunately due to cost commitments as well as time (the competition was in June 2023), it was decided that the girls would not go, but as surprised to them it was arranged that they would go to an international cheerleading competition in Barcelona in 2024. The team have worked so hard and really deserved this trip of a lifetime, but with all things this is going to cost money, from the travel to new kits to competition fees, so the fundraising has begun, if you feel you could spare any money the girl would be entirely grateful.
