Our beautiful Barb Sigel is facing the battle of her life after being diagnosed with aggressive Stage 2, Grade 3, Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
Barb is a mother, sister, sister-in-law, daughter, friend and so much more to those who know her. She is a nurturing, caring nurse who has helped countless mothers and newborns navigate the miracle of birth. Barb is a wonderful person inside and out who has done so much for so many and now it's our turn to help.
As a single mother, Barb has fought hard and worked long hours to provide for her daughter Morgan. When Morgan was diagnosed with a learning disability, Barb worked 12 hour weekend shifts so she could be home during the school week to help her daughter succeed in school. We're proud to say that the strategy has worked. Morgan is on track to graduate from Mt. Mary College with a Bachelors Degree in the fall of 2019.
We are all devastated by this sudden news and are asking for your support to assist with impending medical and living expenses as Barb will be unable to work for the next 5-6 months.
