BARBOSSA the Shih tzu Vet Bills

I have several dogs,all named after characters from PIRATES OF    THE CARIBBEAN MOVIE unfortunately, my ShihTzu JACK                SPARROW (pictured below) who was 14 had to be put  down this  summer.  

I now need assistance for his side kick, BARBOSSA. (Pictures below) Barbossa is a tiny 7 yr old Shihtzu and while walking down his    foam gang plank steps from the sofa to the floor he moved in a        strange manner and injured his back.  My Yorkie TIA  DALMA  is   worried too! 

Vet bills sky rocketed with emergency room visit, treatments, Xrays and medications but I  was determined to assist him back to good health.
He is responding  to treatments and  is on the mend.
I would appreciate any assistance, I am turning 65 this January and am on a fixed           income & my dogs mean the world to me. Thank you
