Barbara's Living Expenses - Surgery

Barbara Shackelford was injured at her job.  It is taking weeks before all the paperwork will come through to receive workman's comp which we all know is not full pay.  Barbara is single and has no other income to depend on.  She is scheduled for surgery on Dec. 28.  In the meantime, her financial situation has become desperate.  Her car payment, electricity, water and other normal bills are due.  She has absolutely no income at this time, not to mention that it is Christmas and she is a mother and grandmother.  Food is also a concern.

Barbara works at a grocery store and serves many in Hampton, VA daily.  Please find it in your heart to financially reach out to her.  She is one of the sweetest people I know and is such a hard worker.
