It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Barbara Jean Smith. Barbara transitioned home and on to salvation Friday, June 30, 2017.
As many of you who had the pleasure of knowing Barbara, she had one of the most beautiful, warmest, and compassionate spirits that you could ever encounter. Her charity and generosity within her community, amongst friends and loved ones was immeasurable. To say that she would give the shirt off her back doesn't begin to describe how much she cared for others. She would give you the shirt, take you to buy more, and bring you to her house and feed you and offer you a place to stay without you ever asking for help. Barbara gave from her heart and inspired many. The family would appreciate any donations to help with the funeral expenses. Thank you for your love and support.
