Barbara Aho-Osterhoudt's Final Wish

Losing someone is one of the deepest sorrows a heart can know. With heavy hearts we need to say our goodbyes and lay Barbara Aho-Osterhoudt to rest. She was just starting to live her best life when a medical procedure to better her health had gone wrong. She was rushed to the hospital and fought so hard to be here with us. She had so much life left inside her to give as a Daughter, Mother, Sister, Grandmother and Best Friend, but she was robbed.
She left us with beautiful memories of her patience, generosity and kindness. She left us too soon! Tragically and unexpectedly at the young age of 57.
Barbara worked so hard her entire life but never afforded the luxuries she wanted. She was a dreamer. She dreamed about the Big Money or winning the Lottery, but that's not real life. Real life was her getting joy from having an extra $20 to go play Bingo with her sisters or spoil her only Grandson, the light of her life. I've seen this woman donate money to Other's causes when she was having her own difficult times, but it didn't matter to her because she was selfless and kind.
She was grateful and blessed to have loving Family and close Friends. So now we're all pulling together and humbly ask for any donations you can offer to help cover the expenses for handling her affairs left behind and to HONOR her with the best Memorial, Funeral and Celebration this beautiful Angel deserves. She always WISHED to have a beautiful burial at Forest Lawn. There's a perfectly serene and peaceful spot to lay her that we've reserved. She truly deserves the best. We will update everyone with info on the services when all arrangements are made and hope and pray to see the LOVE and SUPPORT.
