Barb Newton's Recovery FUND

While on a Mexico vacation with her sisters, Barb became suddenly very critically ill with pneumonia in both lungs. She went into a coma and was transported to a Puerto Vallarta hospital. Her condition became even more serious when they discovered her infection was septic (in her blood) and she was not able to get enough oxygen and was placed on a ventilator for 7 days. She is being well cared for and thankkfully is making progress towards recovering.  She remains in hospital in the ICU and has just started to breath on her own.
Unfortunately, Barb didn't have medical insurance and the bill is becoming large. To date the cost is $25,000 and we are anticipating at least another week in the hospital. Anything you are able to contribute would be very appreciated to lighten the financial burden while she is fighting to become well.
