The Supreme Court just upheld the strictest abortion ban in the nation under SB8 in Texas, effectively putting a ban on abortions after 6 weeks of pregnancy. SB8 allows ordinary citizens to sue anyone they believe has received an abortion or helped someone who has in the state of Texas. SB8 barres care for nearly 85% of the state's abortion patients. Abortion is a human right and is a fundamental component of adequate healthcare, period.

 

We're calling on our community to help us raise funds to benefit Lilith Fund, and any donation will help make an impact. Lilith Fund provides financial assistance and emotional support while building community spaces for Texans who need abortions --unapologetically, with compassion and conviction. Through organizing and movement-building, they foster a positive culture around abortion, strengthen people power, and fight for reproductive justice in and with local communities.
