Bandi WILL DIE from Megaesophagus PRAA w/o surgery

Hello, my name is Bandi. Unfortunately, I am only 8 weeks old and already need a big scary surgery with lots of pre-op testing.  Although, I am very scared my foster mom says I am lucky because I have the type of megaesophagus that can be corrected with surgery and won't haunt my eating habits for the rest of my life.  Right now, I am at risk for pneumonia and aspiration and need testing and surgery to correct my condition as soon as possible to keep me alive. I really don't want to be sick anymore. I have barely had any time to experience the world as a puppy should. If you didn't mind I could really use your help! Any money at all will go directly to my testing and surgery. My surgery and testing could cost up to 4,000, that's a lot of money and I really don't think I can come up with it all alone, no matter how many toys I find for my foster mommy from under the bed.  I would love to eat like the big doggies and quit coughing so I have more time to PLAY! Puppies shouldn't have to live in a bubble only to die at a young  age. My foster mommy says I will DIE without this surgery. And I really don't want to die. Any amount helps!
