Balto needs urgent heart surgery

Balto was rescued from a high kill shelter in southern California with what they said was a 6/6 heart murmur.
It turns out Balto has a hole between his artery and atrium this is fixable by surgery but needs to be done asap or he could damage his heart further or even worse drop dead at any second. He is a very sweet dog who loves everyone and everything he deserves this chance. so please help us save batlos life as the other alternative is he will die within 6 months.
