<div><strong>Karla and Oscar have spent decades building a life and raising their four children in Baltimore City.</strong> When Oscar was detained by ICE in May and deported back to Mexico just a few days later, the Torres Anguiano family was thrust into a precarious future—suddenly cut off from both their father's presence and the family's primary income. Given these dire circumstances and in order to reunite with Oscar, Karla has made the heart-wrenching decision to move back to Mexico along with their two youngest children still in high school.
