School Rebuilding in Nepal

Can you please help us rebuild a school in a remote area of Nepal?

Balmandir Primary School Chainpur in Eastern hills of Nepal has about 125 students and many students walk for an hour or more to get to school.

I  am raising a fund to have rebuilt a school in Chainpur for these kids, which was severely damaged by 25th April 2015, Earthquake and their hope as they strive towards a more prosperous, safe and inclusive future.

These kids have been studying in the temporary structure for 2 winters and have done their best to make it comfortable and call it their school again. The school suffered destroyed classrooms, play areas & toilet facilities due to the extent of a second earthquake that hit the country only weeks after the first. They are still in constant fear of losing whatever they have left of themselves, their lives and the threat of another quake hanging over their head

It is simply a disaster for not able to re-build the school even after two years of devastating earthquakes and the recovery effort has slowed to a crawl. So please contribute today. Let’s put a roof over their head together and this is one of the great opportunity to rebuild stronger than before, making sure that lives of these kids are safe.

Being a central committee member for  BalMandir, I have been working closely with the school to ensure the fund collected through this campaign will be properly used and utilised in the best possible way and I ‘ll keep updated all of the campaign supporters on the progress.
