Ballina Salmon Festival is one of the longest-running community festivals in Ireland.
For 53 years, it has brought our beautiful town alive for a week in July grounded in heritage, music, arts and good old-fashioned fun.
The festival brings over 200,000 people into Ballina each year to attend our events, stay locally and enjoy our West of Ireland hospitality. And it's only possible because of our volunteers, our businesses and our community.
We are passionate about our town, our people and our festival, and we're expanding the festival programme this year to make it bigger and better. And we need your help!
We're adding new music events, more arts content and more street entertainment, as well as keeping your old favourites like Heritage Day and International Evening.
We're fundraising to help cover our costs - all those practical things - like insurance, light, sound, stages - that make our festival what it is. And we're investing in new artwork and props that we'll have for years to come.
Your gift will enable us to deliver once again a top quality festival, one of which our town can be proud. A festival at which we'll make memories that will last a lifetime. And we'll hope you'll join us to celebrate your contribution during Festival week.
