Ballantyne District Park Trail Fund

Tax deductible
FALL 2020 - NEW PROJECT APPROVED! Ballantyne District Park will soon undergo improvements to existing trails, plus Luis and team will be building a connector loop. Volunteers and donations would be greatly appreciated. Dates of community workdays announced soon .....

** $10,987 raised as of 10/1/2020 **

What a great few years! Together we are improving our community with hiking and biking paths at Ballantyne District Park. The NC Velo Foundation donated over $9000 to fund initial construction, including one mile of an entirely new flow section of trail. Then the community stepped up with over $4700 of additional contributions to get the new advanced section built. And just recently, our friends at KASK made an incredibly generous $5,775 donation to support the effort. {KASK is an Italian company with U.S. headquarters right here in South End CLT. Makers of premium helmets - cycling, snow, equestrian, safety - and KOO eyewear.} Have you seen the new WALL RIDE...?!

The NC Velo family and Carolina community cannot thank you all enough. Please consider a tax-deductible donation to support this cause today (or volunteer at an upcoming trail workday). Build together, Ride together, Grow Together! Thank YOU.
