Bake Unified Fitness is a unique and intimate workout facility geared towards serving and supporting the health and wellness of all people. We have a great opportunity to impact Manchester of Richmond, Virginia to become the face of fitness and wellness of the community. We continue to struggle to gather the funds to assist in the renovating our newly acquired building, needing floor and roof work in addition to paint and equipment for the larger space.
For the past year and a half we have worked with young student athletes, the elderly as well as tons of men and women from the inner city and surrounding counties. We pride ourselves on offering quality and affordable personalized training in addition to advancement of mental and physical health with the goal of promoting a healthier, stronger and more active community.
As our community continues to be impacted by a decrease in physical education in our schools and with the steady increase of obesity in school aged children we would like to provide more space and more physically stimulating outlets to increase active behavior among our youth. This will require a larger space that will allow for even more individual sessions, group training classes and better equipment. A larger space will also provide increased training opportunities for our student athletes at the youth, high school and collegiate level.
Become a part of the movement to improve our neighborhood, our city and our people! We are seeking to raise $10,000 over the next 3 months. We ask that you help us serve our community and surrounding areas.
