Help Beverly with Medical Bills

Hello all!
My name is Tom Smith. No, really it is!
I am doing this on behalf of my wife Beverly. I am going to give you a brief introduction to her and her/our situation.
First off, let me say that this is probbaly one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. Both Bev and I have never had to "solicit" for help! We have always handled our bills on our own.
Beverly was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1982. She lead a very happy and active life until about 8 years ago.
We have 2 beautiful and caring children. Jacob is now 31 with a great family and Katie is 28 and also has a wondeful family.
The troubles started back in August of 2015 when Bev became extremely sick from a blood infection that was brought on by a urinary infection. She went into seizures which left her speech, memory and use of her hands all severally and permanently affected.
This just happened again last weekend, the evening of June 23rd 2017.
She is now bedridden and has been for almost 4 years. The equipment that we need, and should have to take care of her, we are doing with out for the time being because of the cost for that equipment. Unfortunately some of it isn't covered under our insurance.
Both times she had to be transported from our little hospital here in town, 100 miles to Billings. The first time she was taken by ambulance, the second time she had to be air lifted to Billings.
With all the bills piling up after our insurance has paid and the small amount that the care providers have discounted her bills, we are still left with a HUGE amount left to pay out of pocket.
Beverly and I are both on Social Security/Disability. Needless to say, we are VERY limited on funds.
The tests and transportation for her along with her day to day needs to keep her as healthy as possible are more than we can handle. It is even to the point that a few of her bills have been turned over to collection agencies.
I truly have my back againts a wall! We can't even afford an attorney for bankruptcy and really would rather not go that way unless we have no other choice. We/I have NEVER in our lives would have thought it would come to this. Then, a very good and dear friend of the family sugested trying GoFundME.
We discussed it over and have decided to give it a shot.
Beverly and I have always tried to be giving to our community where ever we were living in the past and when ever we were finacialy able to do so.
We are asking our familys and friends humbly for much needed help. Any amount would be greatly appreciated.
Also, feel free to pass this around to whom ever you think might find it in their hearts to help us out.
