Assalaam alaykum, We are raising funds for the Organisation of Culture and Character (OCC) in support of our new project Bahjatul Fu'ad (literal translation 'Delight of the Hearts') Please read below and donate generously! “Those who spend their wealth (in Allah’s way) by night and day, secretly and publicly - they will have their reward with their Lord.” (Quran, 2:274) The Prophet ﷺ said, “Charity does not decrease wealth.” (Muslim) OCC is a UK based non-profit charity that intends to remedy and rectify society's conditions. In light of the many difficulties faced by our community, our aim is to establish a wholesome environment that will facilitate nurturing and healing to take place. Bahjatul Fu'ad is an extension to the previous decade of service OCC has been carrying out primarily in Luton. OCC is in the process of acquiring a site to fulfil the vision of Bahjatul Fu'ad - a space that is welcoming to all, where seekers from all ages and backgrounds can benefit and find solace in. The building will encompass 5 main facilities: 1. Musalla Awwabeen (Prayer Space) - This space will be accessible for all and intends to be an abode for the worshipper to gain spiritual repose. 2. Serene Montessori Nursery - Our vision is to create a child centred learning atmosphere and setting which is fortified by the spiritual welfare and happiness of each child. 3. Emotional Well-being Space - This service will include but is not limited to an emotional well-being clinic, therapy rooms and a coffee house. It will aim to bring about a positive sense of well-being to empower both individuals and families. 4. Prophetic Sports &amp; Spa Centre - Our aim is to revive Prophetic Sports in our community through the medium of faith by establishing a sacred space in Luton. 5. The Conference Centre - This will facilitate a wide range of public and social events alongside seminars and courses. Please support us in reaching our target, may the Almighty shower you and your loved ones with immense gifts in this life and the next and may it be a means to deflect any calamities...ameen. Please note, no amount is too small in the sight of the Almighty. Please pray that Allah facilitates ease in completing this project and that He allows this project to be a means of immense goodness for our communities...ameen.
