Welcome to the #badassbernie campaign!

In November 2014, our Lily Pulitzer-obsessed, wine-loving, foodie and sometimes-yogi Filipino Hokie, Bernie, was diagnosed with brain cancer.

Bernie has the biggest heart - she is sweet and kind when most of us would not be - and now it's our turn to give her some of that Bernie kindness she has shown all of us!

This dog lover has big, exciting plans to get a therapy dog to be by her side as she undergoes 6-7 months of chemotherapy and radiation treatments. She could use our help to cover the costs of obtaining a pup as well as other out-of-pocket medical expenses.
