Hi, my name is Alisha. I’m a single mum from Croydon and I’m working hard to build a better future for me and my two children.

For years I’ve juggled different jobs — but none of them give me the stability I need as a mum. Tennis is too seasonal, rent is rising, and I’m looking for a change.

That’s why I’m starting Novaclean — my own cleaning business. This isn’t just about scrubbing floors or polishing windows. It’s about creating something that gives me and my children security, while also supporting other mums and freelancers in the community with flexible work.
