<div><strong>Our Story</strong>
</div>
<div>Hello, my name is <strong>Ayodeji Akinade</strong>, and I'm the Co-founder of <strong>CommonDish</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>CommonDish was born from a simple but painful realization:
</div>
<div>the food delivery system many of us rely on every day isn't fair to the people who make it work.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Local restaurants and neighborhood food shops struggle to stay visible while paying high platform fees.
</div>
<div>Delivery riders work hard but are often underpaid and undervalued.
</div>
<div>Customers want affordable, local food but have limited fair choices.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Over time, communities lose more than just restaurants.
</div>
<div>They lose connection, culture, and livelihoods.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We believe there's a better way one that brings everyone to the same table.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why CommonDish Matters?</strong>
</div>
<div>Across Europe, especially in cities and local communities, small food businesses are being squeezed by large platforms that prioritize profit over people.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At the same time:
</div>
<ul>
<li>Riders want <strong>fair pay and flexible work</strong>
</li>
<li>Customers want <strong>affordable, local food options.</strong>
</li>
<li>Communities want to <strong>support small businesses that give their neighborhoods character</strong>
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These needs shouldn't be in conflict, yet today, they are.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>CommonDish exists to fix this imbalance.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our mission is simple:
</div>
<div><strong>Eat fair. Shop local. Share together.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The Impact We're Creating</strong>
</div>
<div>CommonDish is a community-driven food and local commerce platform designed to work for everyone involved.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With CommonDish:
</div>
<ul>
<li>Local restaurants and food shops gain visibility <strong>without unfair commissions</strong>
</li>
<li>Riders earn <strong>fair pay with dignity and flexibility</strong>
</li>
<li>Customers enjoy <strong>local food at fair prices</strong>
</li>
<li>Communities keep their local food culture alive
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This isn't just about food delivery.
</div>
<div>It's about <strong>restoring balance, trust, and care</strong> in how local economies work.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why I'm Personally Committed</strong>
</div>
<div>CommonDish is more than a startup to me, it's a personal mission.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I strongly believe that <strong>technology should empower people, not exploit</strong> them.
</div>
<div>I've seen firsthand how unfair systems quietly push small businesses and workers to the edge, even while appearing convenient on the surface.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m committed to building something different, something grounded in <strong>fairness, community, and sustainability.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This campaign is an invitation to people who believe in <strong>local impact, shared growth, and humane technology.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
