Back to Ghana!

Two years ago I had an incredible experience on a three week missions trip to Ghana. One day I got the chance to meet ten boys who were rescued from the slave trade on Lake Volta. Their powerful stories have stuck with me so much that I am heading back to Ghana this coming May! My plan is to interview rescued kids and publish their stories in a book. The goal is not only to raise awareness but to gain America's attention to the point that our country get's involved with rescuing the thousands of children still enslaved there. I found a teaching position that will cover my living expenses so the only thing left to fundraise for is my plane ticket and entry visa. So again, this Christmas instead of asking for gifts I am asking for donations. Every little bit helps so with any amount, I would be so, so grateful. Thank you so much and happy holidays!
