Hi, I’m Michelle Haefer USDF Gold Medalist, professional dressage trainer, and proud partner to one of the most exciting young Friesians in North America: Djurre ut ‘t Westen Sport Elite AAA.
Djurre isn’t just any dressage horse, he’s rewriting history for his breed. At only 7 years old, he became the youngest Friesian stallion in North America to earn the coveted Sport Elite title. He’s earned the highest IBOP score in the country, and was named a KFPS AAA stallion.
This year, Djurre qualified to compete at the USEF Dressage Festival of Champions, a national showcase for the best horses and riders in the country. It’s a huge honor and a huge undertaking! We’re asking for your help to get there.
What We Need:
To get Djurre and our small team to the Festival, we’re looking to raise $10,000USD. This will help us cover:
• Shipping for Djurre to and from the venue
• Hotel accommodations for the team
• Travel and fuel expenses
• Feed and care essentials while on the road
Every dollar makes a difference. Whether it’s $5 or $500, your support helps us showcase what this incredible stallion and the Friesian breed can do on a national stage.
Why It Matters:
Djurre is proof that Friesians can shine at the top levels of dressage. By supporting our journey, you’re not just backing one horse, you’re supporting the visibility and future of baroque breeds in high-performance sport.
We’re honored to represent this movement, and we’re so grateful to everyone cheering us on. Thank you for believing in us.
Let’s show the world what Djurre can do!
