My name is Nancy Fleener. I wanted to start this Go Fund Me campaign for my daughter Katie, Ryan & the family. It’s always hard to ask for help especially when it’s financial. That’s why I’ve decided to ask for your help for them.Katie & Madi have both been hospitalized for illnesses that have been extremely hard to diagnose. Katie has developed numbness through out her body, painful joints & fatigue. She has been hospitalized twice this year & is looking at further specialists & with that comes more testing. Madi was recently taken by ambulance from Ridges Hospital to U of M Mosnic Children’s hospital as she lost the ability to use her arms, legs & control of her head movements. Her speech was slurred & her vision was impaired. She under went many blood tests, CT, MRI & a lumbar spinal tap. The doctors still don’t have a clear diagnosis. She will continue to be monitored & I would imagine more tests.The family has health insurance through Patterson where Katie works, but with high deductibles & co-pays, lost time at work which results in lost wages, the light at the end of the tunnel is nonexistent. Unfortunately Ryan’s job does not offer health insurance at this time. I know in today’s economy life is hard to make ends meet, much less to have mounting medical bills on top of it. I work in the health field & have seen what medical bills have done to families. Ryan & Katie continue to make their hospital & doctors payments, but it’s not enough.The hospitals & doctors want more money a month than they can pay & still be able provide for their family. My wish in in starting this campaign is to ask you to pray for them, & if you can afford to donate to them, I thank you so very much. God’s blessings to all of you, Nancy
