Baby- Heart Condition

Donation protected
My 7 months pregnant daughter was told that her unborn baby will have to have surgery shortly after he is born.  Due to a heart condition.  The baby will be taken shortly after birth to the ICU unit where my daughter delivers, they will keep him there until they can transfer him to Children's Hospital ICU where open heart surgery will be performed. The baby will be there for a month and require a second surgery. My daughter and my son in law went thru so much already just to conceive him.  Her doctor has officially taken off of work and asked that she has the least stress possible as they want the baby to go full term so that he is strong enough for the surgery. They both have to take time off of work and the insurance informed my daughter just this past Friday that due to a contract change the insurance will only cover children's hospital which has forced them to change the insurance plan and only a percentage of the costs or the surgery will be covered or they will not be able to be perform the procedure at Children's hospital but at another hospital who is contracted with them.  I'm asking for your help so they don't have to move the baby to another hospital or start this process all over again causing them more stress than they already have and most of all that we give this baby a fighting chance. Anything that you can help with will be very appreciated.  This is the diagnosis: Tetralogy of Fallot is a congenital heart defect. It has four characteristics: Ventricular septal defect (VSD): a hole between the two bottom chambers (the ventricles) of the heart that eject blood to the body and lungs. Overriding aorta: the aorta, the large artery that takes blood to the body, is on top of both ventricles, instead of just the left ventricle as in a normal heart. Pulmonary stenosis : a narrowing of the pulmonary valve, the area below the valve, or the pulmonary arteries, which carry blood from the heart to the lungs. Hypertrophy: the right ventricle becomes thicker and more muscular than normal as a result of working harder to pump blood through the narrow pulmonary valve.
