It’s time to stop hiding our pain and grief. We are releasing the masks to show our scars, the pain and suffering of women and men from around the world. We are expressing ourselves and our emotional struggles involving miscarriage,and child loss through powerful, beautiful and tragic photographs.
The losses we have experienced are unnatural. The topic of our loss makes most uncomfortable… Others don’t know what to say. The rest avoid us all together. We grieve relationships as well as the loss of our babies and children.
Women often blame themselves and don’t know where to turn. We wear these masks for the benefit of other people, concealing our grief, PTSD and fears from the world. The project is designed to assist in healing the brokenhearted and bereaved parents from around the world.

- 20% of all pregnancies end in miscarriage
- More than 4,000 babies pass away each year from SIDS
- Roughly 1 in 4 women will suffer some sort of pregnancy of child loss in their lifetime.
However, you probably won’t know that your friend, coworker, or even family member has been through this horrible ordeal. People don’t talk about it.
