***UPDATE
AS MOST OF YOU KNOW, WE ENDED UP TRANSFERING FROM OUR HOME BIRTH TO THE HOSPITAL AND AFTER 24 HOURS OF LABOR, GINA HAD TO HAVE A C-SECTION. BABY JADE IS HEALTHY AND HAPPY AND MOMMY IS VERY MUCH ON THE MEND, HOWEVER, THE RECOVERY FROM MAJOR SURGERY IS NOT SOMETHING THAT WE HAD PLANNED FOR.
MARLON HAD TO TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME OFF OF WORK TO CARE FOR GINA AND GINA WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN BACK TO WORK AS SOON AS ANTICIPATED. WE ALSO HAD TO READMIT BABY JADE INTO THE HOSPITAL ONE NIGHT NOT TOO LONG AFTER WE WERE ALL DISCHARGED ORIGINALLY FOR ADDTIONAL TREATMENT.
AS YOU CAN IMAGINE, THERE HAVE BEEN LOTS OF EXTRA EXPENSES FOR OUR FAMILY IN THIS TIME. WE ARE LEARNING NOW MORE THEN EVER, THE ART OF SURRENDER AND HOW IT TRULY DOES TAKE A VILLAGE! WE APPRECIATE YOUR LOVE AND SUPPORT SOOOO VERY MUCH AND PLEASE KNOW THAT WE ARE HONORED BEYOND MEASURE TO PARENT THIS BEAUTIFUL, POWERFUL LITTLE BEING THAT IS BABY JADE. YOUR CONTRIBUTION GOES INTO HER WELL BEING AND WE KNOW THAT SHE IS IN THIS WORLD TO DO INCREDIBLE THINGS!
