Baby Giovanni's Liver Transplant

This is my baby nephew. Giovanni just celebrated his first birthday but he is now facing his 13th and most critical surgery. Since birth, he has had many challenges and many setbacks, but through it all, his smile and his spirit continue to shine. Now, he is need of a liver transplant. In order for that to happen, local doctors are sending him and his family to a children's hospital in Nebraska. The time off work, the travel, the lodging, and the general expense of it all seems overwhelming for this young family, but we serve a mighty God and I am confident that He will provide.
