<div>My name is Zara, and I am raising funds on behalf of Baby Yousaf, an 18-month-old little boy, and his parents, Anila and Zeeshan, during an incredibly difficult time.

<div>Until recently, Yousaf was a healthy, happy toddler. In November, his health changed suddenly when he began experiencing persistent vomiting, stopped crawling, and lost the ability to stand with support. Scans revealed a large tumour in the posterior part of his brain, causing severe hydrocephalus and increased pressure on his brain.

<div>Yousaf’s condition deteriorated rapidly, and he required emergency surgery to relieve the pressure, followed by two further brain surgeries in an attempt to remove the tumour. Sadly, the surgeries were unsuccessful, and due to the tumour’s location, it cannot be safely removed through further surgery.

<div>Yousaf has since been diagnosed with ependymoma, a rare and aggressive brain tumour. Because the tumour poses a serious risk of further damage, he now requires intensive chemotherapy. He is currently in intensive care with a tracheostomy and a Hickman line, requires oxygen support, and is unable to eat or speak at present. He is expected to remain in hospital for a prolonged period and will need extensive treatment and ongoing therapy, In Sha Allah.

<div>During this time, both parents are unable to work as they remain by Yousaf’s side day and night. The family is facing immense emotional and financial strain, struggling to cover everyday living costs, travel, household bills, and essential needs.
</div>

<div>Yousaf is their only child, and they have very limited support around them. Any donation, no matter how small, will help ease the financial burden and allow his parents to focus on his care and recovery.
