Baby Theodore's Expenses

Theodore means "Gift from God". It was the last name on our list. Well, mine anyway God put it in Chad's heart and he kept insisting that's what we name our little guy. I'm glad we chose that name. Its meaning has a special place in our hearts now.
When we had our ultrasounds done with Teddy while I was pregnant, the results came back and they told us he has 2 cysts on his brain which could either cause some problems or they could disappear. We really didn't dwell on it too much and knew whatever God wanted for this little guy would happen. We honestly didn't expect all of this though.
The Dr's are running a lot more tests today to get to the bottom of it all. He will more than likely have to have surgery on his nose (which isn't fully developed inside so he cannot breath through it). They told us yesterday he may have hearing, heart, kidney, and eye problems along with a bunch of other little things. They have given us a name, but as I said, they are still running tests and not 100%.
Yes, this is very hard for both Chad and I but we are sure of one thing through this all: Our God. He is good, He is faithful, He knew this would happen, He is in control, He loves us, He will continue to give us the grace we need and Teddy is our gift from Him.

Theodore was born on May 24, 2017 and is currently at Sick Kids in Toronto under going many tests. The funds raised from this will go to help offset the extra costs associated with his stay; travel expenses, meals, and accomodations.
