Owen Shephard Strieter was born on Tuesday November 14, 2017 to one of the most loving families with two loving parents, an older brother, and older sister.
What was expected to be a normal birth turned into a lengthy stay for little Owen. His older brother and sister are still trying to understand why their new sibling isn't home, but that's not something easily explained to kids or adults. Owen is on oxygen and a feeding tube right now and the length of stay in his NICU keeps getting extended. They are still recommending that Owen stay while he stabilizes, strengthens, and fights off infections.
We have created this in order to give the Strieter's some support in addition to all of your prayers. We'd like to have the funds available ASAP in order to help relieve them of various expenses that were unforeseen because of this emergency. This relief will help them with the NICU, food, gas, and childcare. Owen's dad was a needed back at awork already so anything helps.
