Baby Matthew Funeral/Medical Bills

Our sweet nephew Matthew Evenson went home to our Heavenly Father on December 9, 2017.  His funeral will be held on December 16 in Lehi, UT. He had Hirschsprung disease and endured a couple of major surgeries during his 18 months of life. He passed away suddenly in the early morning of December 9th due to flu complications. He left behind his loving parents Dustin and Elizabeth and four adoring older brothers. His family is burdened with many medical expenses at this time due to the procedures to keep him alive and life flight him to Primary Childrens Hospital.
