Baby Leo Brooks Foreman Memorial

Kasey and Derek Forman are high school sweethearts. Married in novemeber of November of 2014. They were due to have Little baby Leo Brooks Forman in November of 2017. Due to complications with Pre-eclampsia, he sadly passed away a few days ago without them knowing. While on vacation with Kasey's family, they made the decision to go to the hospital to get checked out. While having an ultrasound performed, they found that his little heart had stopped beating.  One 7/30/17 She was induced to have little Leo. She delivered on 7/31/17 at 2am, he was 12in long and weighed 1lb 2oz. He was so small but so full of love. They are still in the hospital as Kasey physically recovers. Derek and Kasey have so many hills to climb.  One of these hills being the hospital bills and a memorial that are soon to come. We ask that if you can spare anything you have to help them remember baby Leo in the best way possible without worrying about expenses.
