Please help!!!
My dear friend Gina, her wonderful daughter, Aly, and her son-in-law, Jon, need our help.
Their son, Jon Chase Johnson III was due on June 16th, but due to complications, was delivered on April 23rd (8 weeks early) weighing a mere 3 pounds. He was born with a life-threatening heart defect and immediately flown from Akron Children's Hospital to Cleveland's Rainbow Babies and Children Hospital for emergency heart surgery.
Baby Jon had a second heart surgery at Rainbow on June 1st. Aly and Jon moved into Ronald McDonald House on April 28th and have been there for two whole months now. Baby Jon is making miraculous progress, and may even be able to be released in the coming weeks.
Many have been following the family's journey on Facebook, through Jon's wonderfully written posts. Watching the struggles of daily life with a premature baby, and knowing how difficult it has been on this wonderful family, we have decided to ask for help with the overwhelming medical costs.
Please help this young family. Any amount would be appreciated. And, please share, share, share!
